This charming Spanish house is perfect for groups of 6 to 16 guests and offers the flexibility to rent 3 to 8 bedrooms, making it ideal for family reunions, small conferences, retreats or other quiet gatherings. With 14 beds, 7 bathrooms, several terraces with stunning sea and mountain views, a private pool, a lush garden with avocado and mango trees, and ample parking both inside and outside the gates, the villa combines privacy with convenience. The villa is located higher up in the mountains than Punta Lara, several kilometres from the main road (N-340) between Nerja and Torrox, making a car necessary to reach Nerja centre (approx. 4.8 km, 10 minute drive) and its beaches.

This pool villa is a peaceful oasis of Spanish charm and modern comfort, perfect for groups looking for space and peace. On the ground floor you are greeted by a spacious hallway leading to three double bedrooms – Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones and The Beatles – all with air conditioning, en suite bathrooms and generous wardrobes. To the left of the hallway is an elegant living room with fireplace, sofas, TV, air conditioning and panoramic windows with unparalleled views of Nerja and the Mediterranean. Further into the house is a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, milk frother, tea maker and toaster, as well as a dining room with space for 10 people. Two balconies and a guest toilet complete this floor.

For groups larger than 6 people, the Annex opens, with two twin bedrooms – Pink Floyd and Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) – both with their own entrance from the west terrace, air conditioning, en suite bathroom and wardrobes. For bookings for more than 10 people, the Basement Apartment is activated, with three bedrooms: Queen (with queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub), Genesis and Deep Purple (two twin bedrooms sharing a large bathroom with shower). The apartment has its own living room with dining table, sofa and a modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, coffee maker and everything you need, as well as its own entrance from the western terrace and an internal entrance from the house.

The villa's outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing and socializing. A large private pool is surrounded by 6 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower, while a barbecue area with dining area and an outdoor bar with dishwasher make it easy to enjoy meals al fresco. Adjacent to the pool is the Pool House, a spacious space with tables and chairs, ideal for meetings, workshops or meditation during retreats and conferences (parties are not allowed). Several terraces in different directions and on different floors offer panoramic views of the sea and mountains, and a garden with citrus, avocado and mango trees adds a tropical feel. Wireless broadband is available throughout the villa, and ample parking spaces inside and outside the gates make arrival easy.

Prinzen & Grace, two independent cats, live in an adjacent storage room and are fed via a vending machine. They require no supervision and mostly keep to themselves.

Situated higher up in the mountains than Punta Lara, on the outskirts of Nerja and close to Torrox Costa, the villa offers a secluded and peaceful setting with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra de Almijara mountains. The area is characterised by modern villas, traditional Spanish houses and lush surroundings with palm trees and flowering plants. The villa is located **several kilometres from the main road (N-340) between Nerja and Torrox, making a car essential to reach Nerja town centre (approx. 4.8 km, 10 minutes drive) or Torrox Costa (approx. 5 km, 10 minutes drive). Here you can enjoy the tranquility and explore the nearby mountain trails for spectacular panoramic views.

For daily shopping there are small local shops in Punta Lara (about 1.5 km down the mountain), while larger supermarkets such as Mercadona (about 2.5 km, 6 minutes drive) and Carrefour Market (about 3 km, 7 minutes drive) are close to the main road. Taxi (about €8 to Nerja centre) or bus from the N-340 (about 2 km walk down the mountain) are options, but a car is highly recommended for convenience.
