Welcome to a brand new modern house that is bright and fresh with both sea and mountain views! There are several terraces in different directions and on different floors, 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, a garden with olive trees and a large, heated infinity saltwater pool, outdoor shower, lounge groups, parasols, 6 sun loungers and a barbecue area with dining area.

From the quiet, wide street you have a garage door and entrance. On the entrance floor there is an open combined living room and kitchen with panoramic windows, sofa, TV and dining area. There is also a guest toilet and a large balcony with a dining area for 6 people, 2 sun loungers and a view of the sea and the beautiful mountains. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster and all the equipment you need for 8 people.

Downstairs there are two lovely bedrooms (A & Y) with panoramic windows facing the pool and with attached bathrooms.

Another flight of stairs down is a large bedroom (F), with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. There is also a connecting door to a separate studio which also has its own entrance from the pool terrace. The studio has a large kitchen/living room with dining table for 8 people, sofa and 75 inch TV, a separate bathroom, 2 bedrooms (E & X) with a total of 6 beds and space for an extra bed. The kitchen has an induction hob and oven, fridge/freezer and here too there is all the kitchen equipment you need for 8 people.

To get to the beaches of Nerja you can walk 1.5 km to Burriana Beach which is the closest, or to Nerja Centre 2 km. You can also walk down to the main road in 5 minutes and take the bus, or use a taxi.

• Bedroom F, another floor down, has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, work area with desk and office chair. Possible with an extra bed.

• Bedroom E (in the studio) with double bed, ensuite bathroom, work area with desk and office chair, large wardrobes and space for an extra bed.

• Bedroom X (in the studio) with two bunk beds and wardrobes.

• Smoking, pets, and pool parties are not allowed, please be mindful of the neighbors after 11 p.m.

NOTE! To access the ground floor apartment, the number of adults must be more than 6. So if you book 7-12 people, the apartment will automatically be included.
